Shipping and Returns
At present we only ship within the United Kingdom and Europe. Please contact us for deliveries elsewhere. We currently use Royal Mail 1st class postal service. The standard shipping rate to the UK, UK islands is £4.00 for up to 1 kg. Customers can choose to have their order delivered by 2nd class post for £3.50. We regularly run promotions for free UK delivery, see the banner at the top of the website for the latest offer.
When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 48 hours (Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow an extra day or two) of receiving this email please contact us on; info@boxworthbotanicals.com or telephone 01832 710789.
We try to get your order out to you within 2-3 working days, and on most occasions it is a next day delivery, but we would recommend allowing approximately 5 working days for delivery just to be sure. If you have an urgent order, please give us a call and we will let you know if we can deliver it on time for you.
