Our products do not contain harsh preservatives, parabens or sulphates. We recommend using the cream by the best before date found on the base of the pot. It is always best to store creams, gels and oils in a cool dry place away from direct heat and sunlight or extreme temperatures. All of our products are natural or organic and contain active ingredients.

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and keep out of reach of children. We always recommend a patch test if you have any concerns about sensitivity.

At present we only ship within the United Kingdom. Please contact us for deliveries elsewhere. We currently use Royal Mail 1st class (£5) and 2nd class (£4) postal service for parcels up to 2kg. We offer free delivery on orders £30 and over. We regularly run other promotions for free UK delivery, see the banner at the top of the website for the latest offer.

When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming dispatch. If you have not received your goods within 48 hours (Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow an extra day or two) of receiving this email please contact us on; info@boxworthbotanicals.com or telephone 01832 710789.

We try to get your order out to you within 2-3 working days, and on most occasions it is a next day delivery, but we would recommend allowing approximately 5 working days for delivery just to be sure. If you have an urgent order, please give us a call and we will let you know if we can deliver it on time for you.
